Panthea graduated with honours from Georgian College's 3-year Massage Therapy program, is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). Prior to attending Georgian College, Panthea trained and competed competitively in Track & Field, and studied Life Sciences at the University of Toronto. Panthea practices with patient-centered care and makes sure that all of her patients feel comfortable, safe and included in their health care journey.
Panthea is always committed to growing as a practitioner and continuing her education in order to provide her patients with the highest level of care. Panthea has numerous additional certifications and incorporates different techniques and modalities during treatments in order to achieve the most effective outcomes. Panthea completed a Concussion Prevention, Detection, and Management course with the University of Calgary and Laval University. Panthea also graduated from McMaster University's Medical Acupuncture Program.

Maggie is a Recreation Therapist, Registered Yoga Teacher, and BoneFit trained fitness instructor. With experience working in community centres, retirement homes, and long term care providing recreation therapy and group fitness classes to adults, Maggie values the importance of maintaining physical health and cognitive function, while also building social connections.
Maggie is excited to share her love of health and wellness with the community and is committed to fostering safe and inclusive spaces.
